by purchasing or owning art from me, you are agreeing to the terms below:

terms/rules
• I reserve the right to decline service for any reason
• I retain all rights to my artwork
• you cannot claim my artwork was done by you or anyone else
• do not remove my watermark
• please do not edit or alter my original drawing. minor* color shifts are ok
• do not sell or use my artwork for commercial use
• you may share my artwork with credit, preferably with a link to one of my socials
• do not use, sell, or trade my designs/art if you do not own the character
• none of my artwork is ever to be used for nfts, cryptocurrency, ai
• if you are blocked/blacklisted by me, please do not seek out my art/designs
• please do not copy, heavily reference, or trace my art and characters
• do not share/sell/distribute my content from patreon if you are a paid member
• in any case of fraudulent scam or chargeback, you will be blocked and/or blacklisted
• violations of my terms can result in blocks/blacklistcharacter designs & adoptables
• credit me as the original designer/creator
• one direct, active payment plan per person
• if winner of adopt does not give a proper reply with payment to my initial message within 72 hours, the previous bidding may be considered invalid and auction restarted
• no backing out of bids or ghosting
• you are allowed to make small changes to the design as long as the design is still recognizable
• for auction adoptables(btas), a nonrefundable, minimum 20% downpayment is required upfront
• the design must not be sold for more than what it was originally bought for unless it has additional art
• pls ask me before making family members of my design / you may not create lookalikes to my designs
• my designs have a 1 month cooldown after they are traded/sold, during this month please do not entertain offers or pings
• co-owning is not allowed
• more than one toyhouse profile for a character is not allowed
• trade-locks and "can only return to" are not allowed
• during bids, 'invalid' accounts may be looked into and potentionally blocked with their offer deleted and the previous bidder notified
• if my design is on toyhouse and it's on authorization only, pls authorize me or give me a key

• taking payment thru Kofi or PayPal (Kofi is preferred)
• refunds not allowed
• I will send 1 or 2 wip check-ins
• one drawing usually takes 1-2 weeks to complete
• a separate flat, unstylized version will also be givenprices
• prices are subject to change (usually increases a bit)
• prices depends on the complexity of the design and may exceed the range
• tipping is not necessary but super appreciated <333
• the price ranges below are specifically for cats! I can draw other things but pricing is different
