by purchasing, viewing, or owning art from me, you are agreeing to the terms below:

terms/rules
• please be patient and respectful
• I reserve the right to decline service for any reason
• you cannot claim my artwork was done by you or anyone else
• do not remove my watermark
• pls do not edit or alter my original drawing without permission first
• do not sell, print, or use my artwork for any commercial use
• you may share my artwork with credit, preferably with a link to one of my socials
• pls check my public blacklist on my toyhouse bulletin first before trading/selling my design
• none of my artwork is ever to be used for nfts, cryptocurrency, ai
• if you are blocked/blacklisted by me, pls do not seek out my art/designs/bases
• you are not allowed to copy, heavily reference, colorpick, or trace my art or characters
• pls do not share/sell/distribute my content from patreon if you are a paid member
• I retain all rights to my artwork. this includes posting the work on my social media, using it for promotional purposes, etc
• in any case of fraudulent scam or chargeback, you will be blocked and/or blacklisted
• violations of my terms can result in blocks/blacklistcharacter designs & adoptables
• credit me as the original designer/creator
• must be 16+ to bid
• one active payment plan per person
• you are allowed to make small changes to the design as long as the design is still recognizable
• no backing out of bids
• the design must not be sold for more than what it was originally bought for unless it has additional art
• pls ask me before making hypokits/family members of the design and that design must be approved by me first
• you may not create lookalikes relating to my designs
• if my design is not on toyhouse, please notify me first before it is traded/sold
• all my designs have a 1 month cooldown after they are traded/sold, during this month u may not entertain offers or accept pings
• co-owning is not allowed
• trade-locks and "can only return to" are not allowed
• do not sell/trade my designs or designs that were made on my bases to my list of blocked/blacklisted users (list on my toyhouse bulletin)
• please refrain from asking me to make lots of changes after I already finished the design
• during bids, 'invalid' accounts will be looked into and potentionally blocked with their offer deleted and the previous bidder notified
• do not make me/ask me to rip-off, copy, or heavily reference mine or someone else's design
• if my design is on toyhouse and it's on authorization only, pls authorize me or give me a key

• must be paid full, upfront

• commission will only be started once payment is received
• taking payment thru Kofi or PayPal (Kofi is preferred)
• refunds are not allowed, but depends on the situation
• I will send 1 or 2 wip check-ins
• one drawing usually takes a week to complete
• I usually send a png of the drawing, sometimes a simple background
• a separate flat, unstylized, undetailed reference will also be givenprices
• prices are subject to change anytime (usually increases a bit due to high demand and to lower my workload)
• prices depends on the complexity of the design and may exceed the range
• tipping is not necessary but super appreciated!! <333
